Not Covered:

• User damage or misuse

• Cosmetic damage (glass, finish, trim)

• Venting, chimney, or flue issues

• Damage from power surges or external causes

• Units not maintained annually

• Travel outside of the perimeter ($3/km one way)

Limitations:

• Annual maintenance scheduled between February & August

• Emergency calls scheduled between 8-10 AM Mon-Fri and will be responded to within 24 hours of initial call
